Our Themes

Migration

We work on all types of mobility, from forced displacement to irregular migration to skilled migration. Donors fund us because we discover new ways to deliver migration management objectives and humanitarian impacts.

Livelihoods

We help people get jobs, explore entrepreneurship and contribute confidently to their community. Donors fund us to scale up personalised support and generate evidence for sustainable impact.

Livelihoods

We develop scalable methods and platforms to improve knowledge and skills. Donors fund us because we have a track record of transforming technical education and psychosocial support into practical empowerment for learners.

Our Services

Communications

We deliver behaviour change through personalised communications and massive campaigns. Donors fund us because we are creative in our content and methods, but focused in measuring and replicating what works.

Digitalisation

We are pragmatic IT experts who start by understanding what beneficiaries need, then focus on what is feasible to improve. Donors fund us because we achieve real-world results, on schedule, in a sector where IT projects often fail.

Training

We design and deliver curricula for schools, government officials and individual learners. We specialise in distilling and scaling up training, including to support people in challenging environments.

Counselling

We specialise in psychosocial diagnosis and support to vulnerable beneficiaries, including via remote services such as over the phone or automated, anonymous advice. Donors fund us because we achieve results in migration, livelihoods and education by understanding the psychosocial foundations for change.

We apply commercial strategies to social progress and we are not a profit-driven organization.
