For decades, Somalia has been one of the world’s most fragile countries. However, in recent years it has been emerging from more than 20 years of conflict and humanitarian disasters towards a more stable, peaceful and increasingly democratic state. Denmark’s activities in Somalia have aimed to support different aspects of this transition.

Seefar is pleased to be a part of this process through assisting the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to design Danida’s Somalia Country Programme 2015- 2018. We look forward to this enriching experience which makes a positive contribution to development and security, in support of Somalia’s transition to stability, peace and democracy.
